Shipping Policy

Fees

Shipping is a flat $6 per order anywhere we ship. Orders over $35 ship free; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States only — the lower 48 states plus DC.

We do not ship to:

• Hawaii or Alaska
• Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, or any other US territory
• APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses
• PO Boxes. If a PO Box address is supplied at checkout we will cancel the order and refund the purchase in full.
• Any address outside the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed off to the carrier within 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. If a specific item is on backorder you’ll hear from us at the email on the order before we ship.

Carrier and transit time

We ship USPS Ground Advantage only for the time being. USPS estimates 2–5 business days in transit domestically; actual time depends on origin/destination and USPS network conditions. Tracking is included on every order.

Order tracking details

We will provide the tracking number by email once the order is shipped. The shipping confirmation goes to the email address on the order as soon as the label is generated. Use the tracking number at tools.usps.com for status updates.

Potential service interruptions

Once a package is handed off to USPS, transit time is outside of our control. Severe weather, natural disasters, holiday volume, regional staffing shortages, and carrier network issues can all cause delays beyond the standard 2–5 business day window. We will continue to honor the shipped date for our own processing commitment, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package is in the USPS network.

Lost, late, or damaged packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you don’t have it, please check around the property and with neighbors first — USPS sometimes marks packages delivered up to a day early. If after 48 hours it still hasn’t appeared, email info@mcshopsystems.com with the order number and we’ll work it out — typically by reshipping at no charge.

For damaged packages, please photograph the box and contents before unpacking further and email the photos to the same address. We’ll arrange a replacement.
