We are located in the United States; some of our Service Providers operate globally, and processing may occur in the United States or other countries.

If You are located outside of the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Practical measures we take include serving the Service exclusively over HTTPS, delegating payment card handling to Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant), restricting administrative access to the order database, and storing operational secrets outside of source control.

If You are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, You have certain data protection rights. MC Shop Systems LLC aims to take reasonable steps to allow You to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of Your Personal Data.

For more information, please contact Your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Your Data Protection Rights Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.

Per CalOPPA, we agree to the following:

  • Users can visit our site anonymously.
  • Our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy” and can be easily found on the page specified above.
  • Users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page.
  • Users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at info@mcshopsystems.com.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals: We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place.

Your Data Protection Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

If You are a California resident, You are entitled to learn what data we collect about You, ask to delete Your data, and not to sell (share) it. To exercise Your data protection rights, You can make certain requests and ask us:

(a) What personal information we have about You. If You make this request, we will return to You:

  • The categories of personal information we have collected about You.
  • The categories of sources from which we collect Your personal information.
  • The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling Your personal information.
  • The categories of third parties with whom we share personal information.
  • The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about You.
  • A list of categories of personal information that we have sold, along with the category of any other company we sold it to. If we have not sold Your personal information, we will inform You of that fact.
  • A list of categories of personal information that we have disclosed for a business purpose, along with the category of any other company we shared it with.

Please note, You are entitled to ask us to provide You with this information up to two times in a rolling twelve-month period. When You make this request, the information provided may be limited to the personal information we collected about You in the previous 12 months.

(b) To delete Your personal information. If You make this request, we will delete the personal information we hold about You as of the date of Your request from our records and direct any Service Providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may be accomplished through de-identification of the information. If You choose to delete Your personal information, You may not be able to use certain functions that require Your personal information to work.

(c) To stop selling Your personal information. We do not sell Your personal information. For more information about how to exercise Your rights, You can contact us by emailing us at info@mcshopsystems.com.

Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to Your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

The Service Providers we use include Microsoft Clarity (Analytics), Stripe (Payments), and Resend (Emails). Each is described in its own section below.

Microsoft Clarity (Analytics)

We use Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors interact with the Service. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect Usage Data — pages visited, time on page, mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and session replays. This data is collected by Microsoft. Form inputs and text fields are masked by default and not recorded.

You can learn more about Clarity at Microsoft Learn — About Clarity. Microsoft’s use of the data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and the specific Clarity cookies are documented at Microsoft Learn — Clarity cookies.

Clarity loads by default so we can understand how the Service is used. Clarity is disabled from the moment You click Decline — no further recording happens after that, and Clarity’s cookies are cleared. Session data that has already been recorded isn’t automatically removed; if You want it deleted, You can request data deletion.

Stripe (Payments)

Payment card processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. When You check out, the card form is hosted by Stripe directly; we receive only the order metadata (amount, last four digits of the card, card brand). Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Stripe’s practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

Resend (Emails)

Order confirmations, shipping notifications, and (if You opt in) product-update emails are delivered through Resend, a transactional email Service Provider. Resend processes Your email address on our behalf to deliver the message and surface delivery diagnostics. Resend’s privacy practices are at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link in the footer.

Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If You click on a third party link, You will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise You to review the Privacy Policy of every site You visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your Child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
