A small shop in Washington

Shop-grade gear,
made one at a time.

ShopSystems is a one-person workshop. Right now I'm focused on 3D-printed tool holders for the cordless tools you already own — designed from real scans, printed in ABS, shipped from my bench to yours. Jigs and woodworking are next on the line.

Tool Holders

Because your $200+ tool deserves better than a $1 hook and a prayer.

Pegboard tools usually mount sideways, upside-down, or off a wobbly hook that can't decide if it's holding a coat or a cordless drill. These docks are different: shaped to the actual tool from in-house 3D scans, printed in ABS, bolted to the pegboard you already own. No proprietary rails. No balancing acts. No battery strip-tease.

Woodworking & Jigs

Woodworking

Drawer inserts, screw and bit organizers, bench accessories — sized to the tools you actually use, not to fit a generic SKU.

Jigs

The kind of fixtures you build once, lose, and rebuild every year. Drill-spacing guides, dowel jigs, hinge alignment, repeatable setups for the saw.

The material

I use ABS. My printers suffer so your tools don't have to.

Most 3D-printed shop gear is made from PLA — cheap to print, snaps under load, and turns into a noodle the first time your garage hits 100°F. ABS is the opposite: tough, heat-tolerant, solvent-resistant, and built for shop conditions. It just happens to be a pain to print — it warps, it cracks, it demands a properly tuned enclosure. Every part that leaves this shop is printed in ABS. The hard part is mine. The durable part is yours.
